MEET OUR TEAM
I grew up in Moses Lake, WA and I have three younger sisters as well as two daughters. I have always been an entrepreneur and started my first successful company (Loera’s Lawn Care LLC) at the age of 16. I worked hard and was fortunate enough to build a company where I could put myself through college graduating with a business and finance degree from Eastern Washington University without student debt. I managed five employees and grew the business to a point where it was sold to an employee who worked for me during those five years.
I started in the insurance and financial industry in 2013 with Allstate. I learned the industry and eventually moved on to State Farm until April, 2019. With six years of industry experience, I wanted to provide clients more services and help them in all areas of life. That is where KBG Insurance & Financial came about. I desired to help clients in all aspects of insurance & financial services such as auto, home, life, health, business, long-term care, 401ks, IRAs, financial planning and portfolio management. I want to truly help a person reach their goals in life and create customers for life through our service and knowledge.
Among passion for the industry, KBG (Kingdom Builders Group) is dedicated to providing for our community. We contribute to our charity, Shoes2Play, as well as a few other affiliations. The companies we donate to are Bite 2 Go, Ronald McDonald House, and YoungLife. For every policy we sell we help one child. We call it “1 Policy = 1 Child.” This is our movement and we would love for you all to be a part of it!
I am married to a wonderful woman named Cindy. She is my biggest supporter and none of this would be possible without her. Together we have three daughters; Kataleya, Elise and Keziah. All of whom get their looks and personality from their mother.
I started my own insurance brokerage in 2017 prior to Joshua and I partnering. I am very excited to put our experience together in order to better serve families in Insurance and real estate.
I am also a member of the United States Army Reserves. This is just another way for me to serve my country and my community. I do so with pride and enthusiasm.
I believe that I was placed on earth to serve others. Joshua and I started KBG with the vision of helping as many people as we can. Now expanding that idea into Loera Insurance & Realty, it is exciting to see how far we have come. I believe that we are just catching a glimpse of the impact that we can have.
We are very involved with our community; Joshua and I started a charity called ‘Shoes 2 play”. The charity serves kids in the area who can’t afford new shoes or maybe can’t play sports because of the cost of shoes. We provide them those shoes. Our heart and vision are to take this nationwide and we believe that with God’s help, it is possible. We care deeply for other organizations in our community such as Bite2Go, The Ronald McDonald House and YoungLife.
I was born and raised in a small town outside of Spokane called Republic, WA. I not only graduated from LCSC with a Business Degree, but also played basketball throughout. Post-college, I started my venture into Financial Advising in 2012. I worked for multiple fortune 500 companies until I met my dear friend and business partner Josh. We met through a mutual friend and the rest is history.
We had always joked back and forth of combining our skill sets, then in May of 2019, we made it happen. Since starting Kingdom Builders Group, I have obtained my Property & Casualties license as well as Series 6 & 63, Life & Health, Variable Annuities, and Long-Term Care.

I was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Idaho later in life. I am engaged and have two dogs and they are my everything. I attended the University of Idaho and graduated in 2018 with a degree in English. I started in sales and made my way to writing search engine optimization.
I met Derek in Lewiston Idaho through Younglife. As time passed we went separate directions until Kingdom Builders Group came to be. I knew immediately that I wanted to be a part of it. Josh and Derek kindly welcomed me in as we bounced ideas off each other immediately.
As I currently run the PR and blog posts, I will also be pursuing my Property & Casualty license in order to contribute more to the company that I am so eager to be a part of!

I have been in the Financial Services industry for 19 years. I sell Life, Health Disability and long-term care insurance as well as the full spectrum of investment services. The true value I bring to my clients is helping them manage cash flow both before and during retirement. We utilize E-money’s planning software to establish goals and expectations that generate the income necessary to live their expected lifestyle.
Small business benefits are a passion of mine. Many of my clients operate their own small business. From, medical professionals, attorney’s, manufacturing, farms, architects, consultants, non-profits and manufacturing. The consolidation of benefit providers has left a service hole for the small business that I like to fill. We will evaluate operating agreements if there are partners involved and are constantly collaborating with employees regarding what they value. We focus on what employees’ value and want rather than simply “offering benefits.” Thank you for the opportunity to help you and your family, we look forward to helping you.
